Hello Spokane, I’m so excited to let you know that a new fun food, a gluten free, lectin free pastry will be introduced in a few select stores in the Spokane area.
It has already been a hit in my catering and with my friends that I decided to see how it will do in the market. It is so tasty and moist and the texture is amazing. You could never tell that it’s gluten free.
The ingredients are:
Rice, Yogurt, Walnuts, Sugar, Butter, Rose water, Orange blossom, Baking powder, Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), Sea salt, and Tahini.
